Puppies
Beautiful puppies I had end of summer. They are F1B Goldendoodles. Lots of fun and work. Was almost dumb enough to keep one.

So sad to be saying goodbye to my first season of Stand Up Paddle Boarding. Until we meet again Petunia, until we meet again. I may just try to sqeeze one more paddle in before the next ten months of winter.

Eye of Newt Deviled Eggs and a Shrimp Brain
Made these for my Halloween party. Only one person actually ate an egg after he was half in the bag. Then his teeth turned green. Maybe I tried too hard and made my food look too disgusting?
Only a month ago and I already forget what the sun feels like on my skin. Should I start sand bagging soon? Please Sun come out tomorrow!!!
Has to be the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. A small cabin nuzzled in the trees with picturesque mountains behind it. Just walking from the car on the wooden path, I knew this one was gonna be good! The food was amazing. I had the Chicken Supreme. (they need a new name for it make me think of pizza.) It was so good, finally I ordered something and wasn’t drooling over Tyler’s food wishing I made a better choice. My only regret….not leaving room for dessert, they are all made in house and looked amazing. I think I will need to go their for tea one day just to try dessert. This is my new go to restaurant if we have company!
I was in the Valentines Spirit today and thought I would attempt some baking. I cannot bake, so some no cook baking………. My Jello squares, or whatever the hell you call them turned out alright. Nothing to brag about. After speaking with my Mother in law I fiugred out what I did wrong. She is great at pointing out my mistakes. Bahahaha
Here is my chocolate covered strawberries that I was very pleased with. If I want to have some romance around here, I have to make it myself!

I used BBQ skewers as the stems and stained them green with food coloring. After stems are dry place/stab strawberries on the top of them. For the Chocolate I used 3 Jersey Milk Chocolate Bars. I find it melts smooth and taste better than bakers chocolate. Microwave for 30 secs. Stir. Microwave another 30 and Stir. Do not microwave anymore than this or you will have a clumpy mess. Dip each rose and cover. 3 Chocolate bars covered a dozen roses with extra left over. Cool in fridge about an hour. I put them in a vase and made sure none were touching each other. Then for the red petal detail I used Cookie Icing by Cake Mate. It comes in an already squeezable container. Chill again. Arrange in a vase and enjoy for dessert…….. or late night rondevu.

I saw this on a fellow Bloggers post so I thought I would attempt it…….. not so easy as I thought.

There was no recipe posted so I googled and attempted my own……

I am gonna attempt this again and when I perfect it……I will post a recipe………..

It was still tasty though……but I like things perfect………. as you can tell by my straight cuts.

My son loved it, and this is the thanks I get. He says, “Its jiggly like Mommy’s Butt.”
